Appodeal Ambassador

• The Ambassador Program is an invitation-only program to selected active Appodeal clients. Ambassadors that are no longer active Appodeal clients will cease being eligible to be Appodeal Ambassadors.
• Appodeal reserves the right to amend or terminate the Ambassador Program or an Ambassador’s participation in the Program at any time for any reason.
• Ambassadors must respect the spirit of the Ambassador Program by not engaging in spamming or other unfair or otherwise problematic practices, including creating fake accounts or harassing potential referral sources.
• The Referred Customer must use the Personal Referral Link from an Ambassador in good standing with Appodeal.
• If a Referred Customer receives more than one Personal Referral Link, Appodeal will provide the referral bonus to the person whose Personal Referral Link is used to complete the Appodeal registration process regardless of when the Personal Links were sent.
• The Referred Customer cannot be an active Appodeal client. 
• The Referred Customer must be eligible to create an Appodeal account and otherwise be qualified.
• The Referral Bonus of 2% is based off of the Referred Customer’s finalized revenue amount, which is 60 days after the revenue is generated. 
• The Referral Bonus is capped at $10,000 per Referred Customer and limited to one calendar year. After one calendar year of earning the Referral Bonus from a Referred Customer, the Referral Bonus promotional offer will end for that particular Referred Customer.
• Appodeal may withhold or invalidate any potential referral bonus it deems fraudulent, suspect, or in violation of these Terms on either the Ambassador or Referred Customer’s end.

Ambassadors agree that they will not violate any of these Terms, or otherwise engage in activity that could be considered harassment toward other users. Users agree not to use the Program to:

• Violate the intellectual property rights of Appodeal
• Attempt to promote oneself as an employee of Appodeal
• Spam or otherwise create bulk distributions of the Personal Link or the Personal Bonus Link that is inappropriate
• Collect or attempting to collect personal data about users or potential Referred Customers
• Engage in any actions that are designed to disrupt or undermine the Program
• Engage in illegal or unsportsmanlike activities
• Engage in behavior designed to annoy or harass others
• Engage in actions that disparage or malign or call into question the reputation of Appodeal, in Appodeal’s sole discretion
